Windward Massage and Bodywork was founded in the quintessential Hawai'ian beach town of Kailua in 2010. Motivated to help people live healthier and active lifestyles, Tania Cortes focuses on personalized treatments and techniques that focuses on pain relief and healing for each of her clients.

My approach to massage therapy is pragmatic and based on the human anatomy. I follow the patterns formed by repetitive use and posture and work to ease and decrease pain and tension in the body.
I've worked with hundreds of clients, helping them experience the release of emotional and physical burdens, pain relief while uplifting their mind, body & spirit.
I feel blessed to have a career that enhances people’s lives and in return keeps me balanced and uplifted, in my own life.
